Response times
We reply to email within two working days. Cancellation requests are actioned within two working days of receipt. Data deletion requests are completed within thirty days, and usually the same day.
Grievances
If something has gone wrong and a first reply has not resolved it, write to madhurishkatta97@gmail.com and mark it as a grievance. We will respond within fifteen days.
What we will never send you
We do not send marketing email. The only email you will receive from us is a direct reply to something you wrote, or a payment notice sent by Razorpay about your own subscription.
